I think we can all agree that this virus is a man made bug invented to cull the the elderly and infirm. There's a cull on Peeps. What's the chances of them dropping the pension age when this is over?
First we will welcome the flying drones that deliver food and medicine, then the robot refuse collectors, then the mobile medical nanotechnology response interfacing devices, then the A.I burial and cremation squads. Then we will wonder how we ever maintained law and order without the cybernetic protection and enforcement service... ...Or maybe this will all blow over in a bit? Hard to say really.
Shambolic herd panic led by “the science”. Talk now of sweeping legislation tomorrow curtailing our right to walk out the front door. Social media awash with “people are dying!!” rhetoric as if it’s never happened before. The State is now forcing millions out of work, racking up hundreds of billions of debt all in the name of not to overwhelm the NHS because the elderly and those with underlying health issues are disproportionately affected by this particular virus. Surely the sensible course of action is that these elderly and sick stay in and the rest of us can go about our lives? Flu pandemics are nothing new and will continue to happen in the future. New viruses aren’t new either and we all need exposed to them at some point to build immunity. Unfortunately, some folk will die but that’s life. Spanish flu killed millions in 1918, estimates go from 17 million to 100 million. It killed in two waves. The first wave attacked all but the elderly and sick (underlying health issues) were particularly affected. The second deadlier wave killed young adults, folk in the 20s to 40s as the immune system went into overdrive and killed itself. NOTE: people who were infected by the first wave were immune to the second deadlier wave. Spanish flu has now been identified as H1N1 which is still about to this day, in fact the last H1N1 pandemic was in the 2009 swine flu pandemics which killed 250,000-500,000 worldwide if you are to believe WHO. So, we are to lose our liberties tomorrow, businesses will go to the wall, millions of kids lose their memories as the State imposes draconian measures to stop folk dying from covid 19 which could be 20,000. Few figures for comparison; Normal flu kills 8,000 Drink related death 2,000 Deaths on roads 2,000 Smoking deaths 80,000 WATP
