Apparently he caught it by getting too close to his girlfriend, Nora Titov.

Lone Watie was my favourite character - couple of great lines between him and Josey -

Josey Wales - Besides, it ain't supposed to be easy to sneak up behind an Indian.
Lone Watie - I'm an Indian, all right. But here in the Nation, they call us the civilized tribe. They call us civilized because we're easy to sneak up on.

Plus the full 'laugh out loud' line of -

I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender, they have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas, I bet.

be interesting test though if you could leave one area isolated after the virus has cleared up to be a useful control group to check things like that

slightly problematic where though (maybe Leeds?)

I read somewhere that, globally, air pollution causes 8 million early deaths p.a.. Approximately one-fifth of the global population live in China so let's say that 1.6 million of those deaths are Chinese. Covid 19 is a long way short of causing 1.6 million early deaths in China.

that’s utterly bollocks (not blaming you!)

the isolation ward at castle hill is full to capacity & from today they are putting infected patients into sectioned off / converted general wards at much greater risk to staff

He didn't, there are ten confirmed cases in the East Riding (which includes the one in Hull).

Yeah, I find those figures hard to believe. But it depends how they are allocating cases by regions.

There was a confirmed case yesterday on one of the cancer ward at Queens centre castle hill. But we treat patients from Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire. So if they are from Scarborough is that Hull, east Yorkshire, North Yorkshire...

    All academic really.

North Yorkshire has 11 cases and North Lincolnshire has 1 case, the numbers are from Public Health England and are up to close of play yesterday.

So if many of those North Yorkshire cases are being treated on ward 7 castle hill, which is likely, then I can believe it.

I’d question those numbers as they are different to what my wife has been told by a front line senior nurse at HRI.

Spoke to a 2 separate people today, one a nurse and one who's husband had travelled to China in december.
Both said that based on the symptoms they are more or less certain they had already had the virus as they had had raging temperature, non stop dry cough and burning throat.
I'm no expert by any means, but it seems plausible that this could be possible.
    Test, test, test.

I was informed today by a neighbour, whose wife is a nurse at Caste Hill, that Ward 1 is now strictly only for Coronavirus cases only, and that Ward 5 patients that have respiratory issues are also to be moved to Ward 1 (yeah I know!), and finally that they are increasing the capacity in the morgue to 2,000!
