I'm thinking if the league is not concluded then there is no winner despite Liverpool's remarkable lead.
I think the league should just be called off now, scousers can be champions and it's a shame for the teams in the relegation zone but they have to go down for the greater good. No chance of delaying the league and starting it up again over the summer, transfer window can't be delayed and loads of contract mess means it's easier to just call it quits now.
It is the only way, because if court cases etc. If Liverpool have won it already then different story. I can't imagine the bottom 3 that would be relegated not taking it to court, on the flip side, I can't imagine the promoted clubs not going to court either. You are talking about £100 million at least for each club at least. The whole thing is ****ed.
Not sure just ditching the whole thing would be fair with 9 games left, so just reset the whole thing alphabetically and move on.
There will be support at 3753 from 2009 crash and also support at 3599 from dot com crash in 2003, if it breaks those barriers, then **** knows. If it goes that low, then buy like ****.
Nope, that game is only because they reached the LC final. They had a chance to win something and ****ed it up, no sympathy from me
That's two numbers. Going to put all my money in shares at 3753 and if it hits 3599, remortgage and put the whole house on. Thanks pal.
It is weird that share/market prices have these support and resistance lines, but they do. You will also find that 5,000 and 4,000 and 3,000 will also be lines of support or resistance, but that is more in the mind of traders but they still happen. It is actually fascinating studying it and trading it, up there with metal detecting and Hitchen Town. How are Hitchen Town getting on anyway, mate?
Theres too much at stake for a lot of teams to just decide leagues on how they stand now, can't happen imo. Easy to say just give Liverpool the league given their lead but I think a decision will be made across the board for all leagues, some leagues theres only a point or 2 between the top 2 or 3 in the league. Same goes for European places and relegation places. They will do all they can to make sure the season gets finished.
Just scrap the leagues and start afresh in August, sounds like a good plan but won't work, Leicester would have something to say about that yet Spurs would think it was a great idea,as Mon said a clusterfuck.
I wouldn't worry about Leicester. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...eague-club-testing-players-coronavirus-three/
If Liverpool have already mathematically won then that is different. It really is crazy. As long as those fenian ****s don't win the SPL or whatever it is called then, I'm happy.
I had the bottom at 4300 just based on same ratio top to bottom as 2008. Looking at longer term charts looks there or thereabouts. Not sure we'll see the 3 thousands but this is unknown territory. I used to do spread betting on share markets and got a lot of trades out of bounces at the x000 lines, I'd make a bit, be a couple of grand up then completely bollox it up. Had to pack it in as can't watch charts all day at work and you do need to be watching all day. Hitchin Town having a mediocre season, out of both the Herts Charity Cup and the Herts Senior Cup, Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead dumping us out.
