The simple facts are, that back in 2010 patient satisfaction levels were at a record high.

Then came a decade of Tory austerity and now we’ve got bollocks tales about pillow managers on every ward eating away at the cash. I’ve got a an NHS crutch in a cupboard, oh the wastage, that’s the issue, wastage, I tell ya!

Nothing but a softening up of the public, trying to lead them to the conclusion that the NHS somehow needs private sector ‘efficiency’. Gaslighting and grooming on a national scale.

Yep, this Tory government has spent millions of pounds suing dometic abuse victims to enforce their bedroom tax (saving something like £6 a week on benefits claims), proving money means nothing it's all about spiteful implementation of their cruel policies.

When bankers' bonuses are at risk the money tree has trillions of pounds to offer.

The reason so many Tories support [HASHTAG]#brexit[/HASHTAG] is that it means they no longer have to follow the European Court of Human Rights which is the only thing to have kept their evil in check for the last decade.

It does need more money but it needs directing correctly and not flowing out so somebody can purchase a Porsche etc .
Yeah thats what I am saying.
Putting more money in is not going to help as much as it could if its not being spent where it should be.

£600 million a year is spent on private consultancy firms and it has zero impact of any benefit to the system .
It's a massive gravy train with private healthcare companies and lobby groups constantly gnawing away at politicians .
They are all based within a mile of Parliament !

A real journalist John pilger had a bit of insight for the dumb public but ofcom chose 2 delay it's release until after elections were held....... Strange that hey..... Ofcom are the same lot the government has just given the job of keeping the internet safe from fake news(when it suits the system) and pump out the government propaganda instead.

The voting public are fking stupid for continuing this game of smoke and mirrors..... Wake up ffs.

The shadily funded right wing ‘think tanks’ of Tufton Street all push the same narrative - low regulation, less taxation.

Which basically translates to - get rid of all the things that cost us money. Daft stuff like H&S and the like. Less regulation = bigger margins! And we can afford to pay for what we need, when we need it, **** the rest of you - less taxation, yeah.
