Anyone else watching Gaizka Mendieta on Soccer AM?

Forgetting the smoggy allegiances, I've always liked the guy and he seems like such a humble genuine chap.

Also, incredibly knowledgeable and I have to say I like the idea of this programme he's behind. Where they train English players in Spain, in everything from skills and tactics to the language.

Top guy and how about that goal against Barca?

He was good on FIFA 01. Can't remember too much about him apart from long range goals.

Nice bloke and another who still lives in the North East. The programme sounds genius, especially teaching them the language, English players actually learning anything would be a start rather than pretty much giving up at 13-14 when you sign schoolboy papers for a club.

What restrictions? I didn't know there was any?! Is this something to do with hours kids can train, or something?
I must plead ignorance on this subject.

Well that guy with the glasses trying his hand at comedy fell right on his face. He'd have been booed off in a comedy club.

Yeah, who is he when he's at home? He's got all that time to work on it, and yet he seems like a guy they dragged in off the street.
