The fact they recently admitted slowing down older phones when new ones come out should put anyine with any integrity off them but... Yaknow.... As it happens I actually like all fruits, can't think of one I don't like. Grapefruit probably my least favourite and I can't be asked to fook about with pomegranates.

Cut it in half . Get a wooden or decent sized spoon preferably with a bit of weight ! Hold the flat part in your hand and give it a good whacking . 60 seconds max .
