    The perfect chips....chips, sliced onion, paprika, garlic, chilli flakes, oil, salt and pepper. 15 minutes in a hot over then sprinkle grated cheese over for the last 5 minutes.

    Neither have I mate. My brother knocked them up. He reckons doing them in the oven is better than a deep fat fryer.
    I've never known him make **** food, he's a fat bastard though <laugh>

    I'm asking him about time and temp now.

    I dont do oven chips ever tbh, always fried. Hate soggy chips, i deep fry wedges too for the same reason
