I think if we dont get it, it will be the Mancs to be honest.
Can't see Spurs putting a decent run together without Kane and Son, thats bascially all their goals right there.
Besides, wont 5th place get CL now that City are banned? Provided City finish in the top 4, which they almost certainly will.

Yes looks like after spending £1billion they may have made a decent signing in Fernie.
