Nah, just a curry from a cheap cook book. Having looked at the spices though, you would probs class it as Indian. Looks **** but tasted fine. Chicken was tough as **** though. Just spent the last hour poaching chicken breasts to 72 degrees. Supposed to make 'em really moist. We'll see tomorrow in sweet and sour.
