Went to the chogie shop yesterday.. ( people googling chogie). It's frowned upon in the UK.. But msg.

9 quid for that lot. . Hoi sin sauce is class.

 

Holy ****.. so Indian?.

Nah, just a curry from a cheap cook book. Having looked at the spices though, you would probs class it as Indian.
Looks **** but tasted fine. Chicken was tough as **** though.
Just spent the last hour poaching chicken breasts to 72 degrees. Supposed to make 'em really moist. We'll see tomorrow in sweet and sour.

 

there's 2 in town...Right opposite where jopblings used to be, the other just down from where woolworths was.

A litle trick when cooking chinese, add a bit more water, and some sugar, if no msg.

 

Or you could call it "deconstructed fajitas" a la Ginge.

 

Rice to curry ratio all wrong though, less rice more curry needed.
