Not really a question but just tell him not to sell any of the acedemy players especially Hoskins, ward-prowse and shaw

 

Ask him if Saints have been offered the chance to join the NextGen: Series for the u18s next season? Its the academy champions league and I would love to see us compete with the top youth teams in Europe. Cheers

 

As well as questions about implementing youngsters into the first team, I'd like to know about our transfer policy regarding first teamers like Lallana and Lambert - I assume we've received offers for both (if teams weren't offering for Lallana at a League One team they're mental) so I'd like to know if our policy is firmly "Shut up and go away", whether it's "Wait and see if we get a fair offer" or if we're going "If you want our players, you pay double what they're worth". Evidence suggests the latter but I'm programmed to be nervous!

 

At the moment..flying high with all the money promotion's worth...would guess Lambert and Lallana are priceless.

id imagine with certain players its a case of "go away, no amount of money could tempt us to sell" but fringe players and those who adkins/crosby/wilkins/cortese dont think are good enough for the next level are probably available to offers.

 

I think if I had the chance to talk to him rather than a question I would apologise for booing him when his face appeared on the big screen at the Johnsons Paint Trophy final at Wembely. Looking back it would have made him feel like cr*p especially after we he just cheered Marcus. I and a lot of others were wrong and just say that I expect 99% of fans totally love him now like me and appreciate what he has done for this club.

I was wrong..... I hold my hands up but it was hard to trust anyone given what we had before him!

 

Can anyone actually remember why he was booed? Was it to do with rumours of Pardew being sacked or something?

Which position does he hope to address/upgrade during the January transfer window?

 

I can't remember but I watched the final again the other day as recorded it on sky sports and suddenly I remebered it as it was even loud on tv. Pardew was not sacked at that point pardew was the manager at the final and can't remember the rumours around at that time. I just think we all didn't really trust anyone at that point given what had gone before. If anyone has a better memory then please enlighten us but it did happen

I can answer 7 as his son wore a Saints shirt at the Walsall game, but he doesn't routinely bring his children to SMS. How cool must that be. Asked at school what does your Dad do..oh, he's Chairman of SFC!

My question would have to be - so what was it in Nigel Adkins' CV that made you go for him when there would have been much bigger names you could have gone for? And now you've been proven so right are you a smug git?!
