Good Morning. It's Tuesday 3rd March, and here are the latest headlines from Elland Road Eight point gap between fourth and second as Forest held by Boro Nottingham Forest had to come from behind to claim a point at the Riverside Stadium last night. With only 10 games left, and a maximum of thirty points at stake, the Whites are eight points ahead of Forest, and 5 points ahead of Fulham. Leeds have far better goal difference than both teams. How are Bielsa's boys doing, compared to this time last year? Let's take a look! Whelan - FA handling of Casilla case Pathetic and unprofessional Noel Whelan has criticised the FA over their handling of the Kiko Casilla racism charge, labelling the way the case was handled as 'pathetic' and 'unprofessional'. When asked for his assessment, Whelan remarked “I think once again it has been pathetic by the FA. “I know there is a system they have got to go through but the timing of when they gave it out on the Friday night before a game is shocking behaviour. They could have done it on a Monday but they like to disrupt everything the day before a game. It has been poorly handled. “It has gone on far too long because this could have been done a month ago, month and a half ago. He could have been coming to the end of his ban but as normal the FA like to do it on the eve of a game. Really poor by the FA. It is completely unprofessional.” please log in to view this image With the season drawing to an end, name the : : 5 best players of the season Improver of the season The two biggest disappointments goal of the season Match of the season please log in to view this image
Morning all. Showing those tables reinforces how things can change so quick. Sheff Utd promoted comfortably in the end and Villa not even in top 7 at this stage last season. Im amazed at the ridiculous odds being offered by the bookies to be honest
Morning, Regarding the footy tables ill be keeping my mouth shut. I (we?) learnt last year that its not done until its done. I shall eagely await that day before cracking the beers out. Until then i'll try and enjoy the football without biting the ends of my fingers off
Yes it looks very similar to last season and we have the third placed team coming to Elland Road soon (just like Sheff Utd last season) but I think it's different this time around. We've had a blip and have come out of it, the team have won 4 in a row so confidence is high. There seems to be more steel in the team now and the experience of last season must surely count for something. I hope this doesn't come back and bite me, lets get a win on Saturday and deal with Fulham after that.
Good Morning to Matt and co from a cool sunny Bardsey I agree we must not be complacent and what worries me is will we be allowed to finish our season with this coronavirus being about' Best most improved player Roberts the way he took those 2 goals after the awful injuries he.s had Well done Boro who held Forest to a draw last night
I believe it was man made just shows how stupid we are You don't locked down big cities down for no reason Matt and the world economy is taking a big hit.I am careful abou going t to restaurants lets face it I would be soon attacked with it in my state of health
One good thing that might come out of this Coronavirus is that players may think twice about gobbing and snotting all over the pitch spreading their germs, the dirty bastards Actually it's not only players but I've seen managers and coaches doing it on the sidelines Do they really need to? No
People with breathing difficulties should be worried. Its like the flu and basically can lead to pneumonia
Rumour going around that the FA will release details about the Kiko case next Monday and that it will not make good reading for either Casilla or the club. They'll do their level best to throw a spanner in the promotion bid, disrupt the harmony at the club and hope the team implodes like last season. ****ers
