    I usually oven cook sausages but this boiling malarkey looks a good solution. Makes sense.

    Anyway, got a bit of a thick head from last night and am currently contemplating hair of the dog. Which would mean that becoming a few beers over football this afternoon.

    I get that it seems a bit odd but let's face it the UK is quite famous for not being able to cook the simple sausage, everyone Burns the **** out of them.

    ****s about to get burnt.

    As long as I don’t over cook the beef all will be good. Got it from a farm shop, 30 something day hung beef.

    Special parsnip mix. It’s seasoned flour, Demerara sugar, onion powder and garlic powder.

    The carrots have celery salt, onion powder and Parmesan on them .

    I’m currently googling cooking times for rare beef they’re all different.

    Think I’m just going to go for 75mins and hope for the best it’s just shy of 1.5kg.

    The idea of making parsnips even sweeter is very weird to me.

    Might as well put sticks of rock on the plate. I can just about about tolerate parsnips, just.
