****s about to get burnt. As long as I don’t over cook the beef all will be good. Got it from a farm shop, 30 something day hung beef.
Special parsnip mix. It’s seasoned flour, Demerara sugar, onion powder and garlic powder. The carrots have celery salt, onion powder and Parmesan on them . I’m currently googling cooking times for rare beef they’re all different. Think I’m just going to go for 75mins and hope for the best it’s just shy of 1.5kg.
