Would I eat that, certainly would, all looks pretty well cooked, and as long has them sausages are not cheap shhite, it's a winner :)

Although not sure what that black blob is, however, it's not on the food, so can be easily scrapped off the plate.

So when did this conversation take place?

“Myfanwy, you know how the English has a fried breakfast?”

“Yes Alwyn, they calls it The Full English”

“That’s right, they calls it The Full English”

“What about The Full English Alwyn?”

“Well Myfanwy, I is going to invent The Full Welsh, see?”

“I’m not being funny, right, but how is yous going to do that Alwyn”

“I is going to go to Llandudno and get some seaweed out of the sea and put it on the plate with The Full English and that will be The Full Welsh”

    “Sounds lush Alwyn”

It's so that you're not overcooking to make sure it's cooked through. The frying is for colour and flavour the meat is already cooked through.

I was reading an article the other day, it was to do with a brand of sausages Stan had mentioned. Anyway, in the article, they had the cooking instructions for their quality sausages, and it said none other than to boil them first <ok>

I suppose if you think about it, it's no different to what you do to hotdogs.
