Been in the pub since 4. Just got home and am going to incinerate a rib eye steak, home made wedges which have been par boiled then coated in garlic powder; onion granules, celery salt and Parmesan. got some mangetout on the side. will have ketchup.
Steak was blue the wedges had about 10 mins too much. Cooked double the amount on the plate. Just selected the ones that were less burnt.
It all looks expertly done apart from the recycled vindaloo in the middle. Can’t believe he hasn’t noticed it.
You lot are not going to get the laverbread, but I can assure you it is lovely with bacon and sausages.
