Off Topic Well after a few hitches it looks like I might finally exchange on my new apartment

Apartment Next week.
Millers solicitors have been absolutely ****e and I thank goodness when I was asked if I was happy to use their solicitors I said no. Mine has been brilliant.
And me, with my ‘shy bairns get nowt’ attitude has wangled £6,500 worth of flooring and a years free membership to Seaham Hall spa out of them because of their solicitors incompetence

My solicitor has been fantastic, Millers solicitor actually thanked her for raising stuff they hadn’t thought of, it’s been so frustrating.
No it’s not finished, that was taken a couple of weeks ago
