He's asking for Stoke, as they clearly can't do it at the moment. 3 points and one place above the drop zone.
The Athletic report that we're unlikely to sign an out of contract striker such as Diafra Sakho or Nicklas Bendtner before the end of the season due to a combination of cost (signing-on fees and agent's fees) coupled with the fact they wouldn't be match fit before the end of March anyway, especially Bendtner as he's got a spare tire that wouldn't look out of place at a monster truck rally ...but as it was The Athletic reporting it, I'll go get the sirens warmed up
Lower League Rando Watch Merseyside's favourite hate comic The Sun report that we're on the lookout for a striker ...and before you pop open the champagne, I'll say that the striker is Sunderland's 16-year old striker Joe Hugill, who is currently playing for their U23s. So on the plus side, if Kion Etete gets injured next season, at least he'll have someone to fill in during his absence...
Honestly no idea, as there's so little data about him online that Danny Rose is probably throwing a wobbly as we speak. Or maybe he's having his second jelly of the afternoon... The best I can do is suggest possibly not, as Jordan was born in Middlesbrough while a Sunderland Echo article describes Joe as being from Durham
Looking forward to seeing him play 17mins of senior football between now and his contract expiring before moving to a club in the Spanish 3rd tier.
I don't know, Holtby had some end product on him, so if White can replicate that I'd be more than happy Of course this implies he'll play...
Muller is available on a free isn't he? Now that would be statement signing as un Levy like as you can imagine, but he is still a proper player with as much big match experience as anyone that could possibly be available
Unfortunately not, his contract expires 2021. Wouldn’t be surprised if Bayern offer him a new deal too. Great player though.
Really does look like Marcus Edwards round two. Such a silly lad. There’s a golden opportunity to a young player to make a name for themselves that won’t come along too often and he’s seemingly not working hard enough to take it. If I were in his shoes and I’d seen Kane and Son both injured, I’d be the first onto the training pitch and last to leave - take a leaf out of Cristiano’s book! At 35 and still the joint best on the planet his Juve team mates have already said he’s first on last off and the guy has nothing to prove.
