So Hull KR broke the record for world rugby but it was still less than City paid for one of their players?
If it had been a few months earlier it would have been more than City had ever paid for a player. It is all relative. Football is the biggest sport on the planet, rugby league is just a blip, behind Union, lacrosse and a host of other sports.
Their forum only has 10 posts/page as against our 20 so we are about a third of the way there. Well behind on the viewing figures on the topic though. Theirs 74,000. Ours 1860.
nah, you've got it all wrong! in r.l. circles, 10,087 is termed a "bumper crowd". congratulations to them all.
Didn't FC pay £350,000 for Alan Hunte, Steve Prescott and Simon Booth in 1997. Hunte was a I think £250,000 of that. Granted it pretty much bankrupt the club.
Can anyone answer why the **** rugby league even exists? Union is far better, and rugby would be far better off all as one.
Yeah I've wondered that a few times too. Some people don't like change and would resist what they'd see as destroying their history. I know, flat earthers or what?
It's fine. It was when we were in different leagues. Oh, I assume you feel the same about anyone going to watch and supporting United too?
Hat's not even being serious and you're vehemently backing him. Ever think you're taking this contrary thing a bit far?
