VAR have admitted that Lo Celso should've been sent off! Farcical. Funny that they didn't do that for Maguire, isn't it?

2-1 FT. That was terrible. I'm not even going to talk about individual performances, as our whole set-up was wrong and we weren't really in it. Five at the back with two very defensive fullbacks was stupid. We were out of the game before we changed it.
What's the rule for fouls in the box? When James blocked off the run when he didn't have the ball, why is that not a foul? A few minutes later Verts blocked off someone near the half way line without the ball and it is a foul.
Another atrocious game of football we were **** but they weren't much better won't argue with the result because they were marginally less ****. Nothing in that game to really get excited about - Lamela is a good game changing sub if you want a positive As for VAR there are no words......

How was the free kick just outside the area any different to the foul in the area that was not given?. It was at a crucial stage in the match and may have well given us the upper hand. I can understand why Lamela does not start but he needs to be brought on much earlier when we are not winning. I thought that Mourinho was supposed to be much more proactive than Poch.
Two games against Chelsea this season with the chance to move into 4th and we have played **** and lost both.
I actually hate so many of our own players these days. No passion or grit. Expected to lose but not in such limp fashion.
This is how I feel too. Even when we used to be really ****, there were usually 5-6 players I really liked. These days I don’t particularly feel anything about any of them.
We know that nobody knows what they're doing. It looks like a stamp all day long in slow motion, but in real time, it's harder to be sure of the intent required for violent conduct. Subjective decisions are difficult with or without VAR
Don’t necessarily 100% agree with Mou’s selection but the lack of a focal point up top is brutal. NDombele is starting to get on my nerves, no doubt he’s talented but if he put half the effort in that Winks does he’d make a much better showing of it, not to mention his abject lack of fitness. Chelsea have a tough run coming up so we just need to keep grinding.
I would suggest that todays was a more difficult decision than Mondays was - todays looked awful in slow motion but no worse than Sterlings on Alli and everyone (and i mean everyone in the media) was fine with that decision. Maguires on Monday was as obvious a red as any this season.

Because Azpilcueta dived into the challenge, unbalanced Lo Celso and left him nowhere to go. That was also the opinion of VAR. However, if Oliverpool had given a red card I doubt that it would have been overturned. He really is a poor referee .
Sorry but for me it was a red all day long. Terrible VAR decision imho. If it had happened to a spurs player I would be as annoyed as I was when Robertson and Stirling got away with piss poor tackles at the lane that should hsve been reds.
The commentator on my channel said VAR agreed there was no serious foul play. Who is correct or do commentators just make things up
They literally changed their minds when they saw it being slsted on line...so put a statement out saying VAR made a mistake.
