One day about a year n half ago my lad came home and said I met this weird guy today in the underground bypass(links the sports centre to the bus station) and he started to discuss Body building with him...he described him. I was already aware of Purple Aki so it triggered me

only last week he stopped him again and I’m guessing he senses that my lad is a tad uncomfortable around him so started telling him that he’s not weird and dislikes it when people think he is...he just likes to talk about training. There’s loads of these random meetings that have occurred with him and my lad in and around the bus station and he’s often seen talkin to other young men too.
Not right in the head that ****...at times I think he’s a walkin time bomb...but fk knows.
Bluey needed to go, if you tried being friendly he was paranoid and would question anyone trying to be nice. No point being here if you're worried about talking to everyone.

Not sure what I would report because the bloke has been spoken to by Police in the past for this..and he hasn’t really committed any offences apart from being a bit odd...but like I said...he leaves a niggly thought in my head ‘what if he cracks’.
From my experience with the authorities...I don’t think much would come of it tbh...apart from ‘ah yeah, we know who he is, we’ve spoken to him about this, will have another word with him’ and off we go
