    Came second again last night by two points. New team of ringers in. Three quizzes a week. Six of them and just me and my eldest. Kitty was worth winning an'all. Round 2 ****ed us up. A new round that would suit hardened pub quiz ****s down to the ground. All number-related like how many lifeboats on the Titanic. How many space shuttle flights between such and such and such and such a date. That sort of **** <grr>

    Sounds crap.
    Not really general knowledge, that sort of thing. A good quiz compiler should aim for most people to be able to get about two thirds right, and the better ones compete for more. You don't really want people to get discouraged and lose interest.

    General knowledge first round. We got 9/10 on that and were in the lead. Then the ****, followed by films and television, and then the pictures. It was the new round that ****ed us, not the quiz creatures <grr>
