And then they have the same problem as we had over the kangaroo court on the Suarez business - when it was pointed out that the FA's quasi-legal procedures did not start at a presumption of innocence (which even workplace disciplinary charges do), it was promptly pointed out that Liverpool, and indeed every club, agrees to the FA procedures as part of being in the club. City (and Martin Samuel) may well not like Uefa's rules (and the fact that the Prem has to abide by them), but those are the rules. And the procedures too.
