would love to get the scousers in the next round

SAF is interested in giving his reserve players a kick in the Carling Cup. We did not want to be humiliated by Leeds (only second to the scousers in my "affections") yet he only fielded our reserves. We swiped them as if they were kids in their own backyard. having said that, our reserves will give most teams in the premiership a good hiding.

If we played the same team against the scousers full strength team at "fortress" Anfield, I have no doubt the outcome will be the same. Yes they will put up a bit more resistance, but ultimately our firepower (including their old favourite MO) will prevail. and the humiliation will be even more enjoyable

I am keeping my fingers crossed for the dream tie...

All i heard all summer from my mates that support Liverpoo, this is their year especially with King Penny and the signings etc, to be fair what a load of tosh
