The strange thing is that past seasons we've played much nicer football and have been nowhere near playoffs but this season it seems we are digging out results without playing well and only 3 points away from 2nd place.........just goes to show, there is more than one way of playing.!!
I think that reflects how LJ has grown as a manager. Maybe he saw what Warnock in particular did at Cardiff 2 seasons ago and realised that you need many ways to win games.
To me, I've always said that a good manager is one that has the ability to change things when needed....LJ is young and learning, but not afraid to adapt his style to suit..........definitely a big plus.......it's what probably where Cotts went wrong
