There he goes again^^^ getting ‘one of the best seasons in PL history’ all mixed up with ‘the best team in PL history’
Id imagine most of you feel the same way tbh simply for how he elevated your club domestically and put you on the map in European terms. Kinda like us with rafa id guess, always wish him well wherever he is. Just not against us
Yeah that's basically it. Shame he never won anything here, part of it can be blamed on Levy but I'd say a larger part is on himself. Became too loyal to the players after initially being pretty ruthless and I think that blinded him to the fact changes were needed. Appreciated all he done for us but was right to part ways. Now quite excited about the future under Jose, never ever thought I'd be saying such a sentence lol.
The scary thing is that Liverpool team can win the treble this season the FA Cup is up for grabs still the Premier League is in the bag and then probably favourites to win the Champions League it all just depends how yogi plop decides to play out the rest of the season if he prioritises the Premier League they could end up with just the one trophy surely they have to go for it now
Id guess his plan is to prioritise securing the league at earliest opportunity, then the fa cup approach will depend on when and who we play in the cl. Think the real question is once its mathematically done, does he play the kids and that in the prem and use tye 1st team for both fa cup and cl Id prefer 2/3 trophies over unbeaten all day.
Yeah, just as good either side when I've seen him tbh. Definitely a better all round player than Salah imo.
100% better all round player played on the right for us before mo came. Banged a cracker from the right on his debut against the goons if i remember right
If they get past Atletico then I think they've got a great chance at the CL as I can't really see any side beating them over two legs. Really, now that the gap is 22 points he should go stronger in the FA cup for the chav game but I don't think he will. He wants it done as soon as possible which is understandable of course but it might **** up the treble opportunity.
Yep, that was an incredible team. @Tel chatting guff about Vieira though, he's so unflustered by Stam that he ain't even bothering to make eye contact.
