    I went to my first match there which was against Arsenal at the start of this season, and i was surprised to see that there was no big screen showing replays etc . Why is this ?

    I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know we are the only stadium in England without a scoreboard supposedly!!!

    Its pretty mad that , but there again its just as well as you know what would happen , every 10 mins in the match there would be a S**TDIRECT advert , announcing amazing 70% off deals .... ;)

    Don't want one, don't need one. There's never been any need for a scoreboard. Don't think I've ever needed to be reminded of the score. Would hate to have a screen inside St James'. Watch the highlights when you get home.

    Ive never wanted one. Especially in this regime, as itd just be another way of advertising Sports Direct as already pointed out.

    I can remember when Llambias said they were gonna put a giant screen in the ground to return something to the fans <doh>

    The original idea of scoreboards was to give the half time scores of other games.

    A scoreboard would be alright. Where it has the time in the corners, two can have how long has gone and two can have the score. But I wouldn't want a big screen, I like SJP as it is (except for the tacky Sports Direct signs plastered everywhere!)
