To make matters worse Leeds have not won at Brentford since 1950! Bielsa welcomes back Kalvin Phillips following his three match ban he picked up at QPR. The veteran Argentine Manager is under pressure to give new signing Jean-Kevin Augustin a starting slot following his second half debut against Nottingham Forest on Saturday. If Augustin were to start, would it be in place of Bamford or could we see two play up front for first time this season. Tyler Roberts once again joins Adam Forshaw on the treatment table. Brentford captain Pontus Jansson has recovered from a hip injury and looks certain to start against his former club.
Brentford have a chance tonight of going into the top 2 so the pressure will be immense for them. Let’s see how they handle that pressure, I think we’ll turn up tonight, they will feel they must win, they’ll know we’re on a poor run, I’m expecting against the odds a nice win for Leeds
Must say I am not expecting anything from tonight’s game that way I won’t be disappointed. Again However live in hope
Nah, draws are no good to us anymore. We need to win it tonight. All runs come to an end sometime. The Brentford away run. The London jinx. The run of bad luck. Bamfords run. Run of conceding fluke goals. Run of missing penalties. Tonight could be it!
I've got my negative hat on for tonight. I can't see us getting anything out of this game. The confidence is low around the whole team and not just Kiko and Bamford. I also don't think our new striker will do much if he gets played. My worry is that the young French keeper starts, ****s up and is crucified by our supporters.
First time all season we have been underdogs and probably the only time. If I had to have a bet it would be leeds (draw no bet) @6/5 as would take a draw.
Theyre still better than losses Emu, and its against a challenger so they cant go above us, if it was a bottom of the league team id agree
Been saying it for years Shako every time i see something like Leeds havent beaten so and so club for 60 years i think what a load of bollocks weve only played them once in 60 years , daft bastards.... not you Ell, the stattos
Depends Olof. We could be winning 1-0 having had 48 shots on goal going into the 10th minute of time added on when Casilla ****s up for their equaliser
