What's anyone's guess for the team that will play Chelsea in the cup? I think Klopp will mix it up again, either that or have some kind of vote or discussion with the first team to see if they think the youngsters deserve to march on.
I'd like him to put the first team out and test then in the PL instead but I think he'll stick with a mixture of kids and squad players.
Generally speaking the further the top clubs go in the cup, the stronger the team they field. I don't think Klopp (or any of us) thought we'd get this far so it will be interesting to see what he does especially since he has no 'excuse' to play the youngsters this time. I really couldn't call it.
Depends what he and the team wants. I would expect to be something like the first team with Jones, Williams and Adrian starting.
thats pretty much what i expect plus possibly Larouchi and then the rest being first team /first team squad players.
Adrian is the only definite starter I'd say and then I'm stuck with who's the next name on the sheet.
I tend to think if you play kids/reserves initial they've earned the right to play later but im different this year purely because I want that treble. Opposition fans are rattled enough that we're going to finally win the league again, imagine the meltdown Man Utd fans will have if we not only match their treble but do it better
I will concede the league but a treble is so so hard to do Everything has to fall right Not saying it’s impossible but Athletico is going to be tough They are set up to wear us down One game at a time Let’s get past Norwich
Tough yes, but I think we're too strong for anyone if we're on our game. Rest players in the PL and smash the cups. Treble > invincibles
I dont think we will be invincible. The City game they will have either lost the league by then, or potential to lose it that day. They will be worried about their record too. They will be so desperate to prove a point against us and go all out against us
Well it would be great but honestly I don't care what any other fans reactions will be. All my energy will be put into celebrating.
