I saw "The Witch" from the same director and that is essentially the same thing. He loves his period pieces to have realistic English dialects that can be immediately off putting. I found especially with the Witch it was often hard to understand what the **** they were talking about. Apart from that I think his films are as @Blueman Said, a little bit too much work. I'm not invested enough in the relatively simplistic plot to try and figure out all the metaphors. Btw Robert Pattinson is a fine actor, he was simply shoe horned into classic teen romance stuff at a younger age to cash in on sex appeal. When he acts, he acts well.
Batman and James Bond are two of the most overhyped roles ever. A cinderblock could play Batman and James Bond is without saying. Even the current actor doesn't enjoy the role.
Of course, but i do like most things batman tbh. Big fan of the Gotham tv show. And the nolan trilogy (last one is ****e though) Skyfall was the only decent bond craig has done for me, not a massive fan of his series of bond movies anyway, not cos of him but more cos i prefer them ridiculous rather than realistic.
Started watching twd again last night, binned it at season 7, but thought i may aswell catch up. Probably a waste of time but heyho
it should be It’s Game of Thrones for people with brains... historically factual...with some epic characters
