    It's like egg mayo but with butter instead of mayo, it'll be nice on toast or in a sandwich.

    My mornings are quite healthy.
    Usually porridge and a chopped banana for brekkie and this for my mid(ish) morning break.

    The mackerel is there purely for the protein.
    I get very hungry very quickly without the protein.
