I think the most important thing that they bring to the table is there business sense and drive to succeed. You don't get where they are without both. They will aslo know that the key to success is getting the right people in the right roles, something we've been sadly lacking for a very long time. If they takeover they won't want to fail as it could tarnish their reputation amongst their peers. If they take us over and build a profitable, sustainable and succesful club then we'd all be happy.
Indeed we would but there's not many of them about - would be great if we achieved it though. It might be nice to have owners who'd pump enough cash in to get us to the top of the Prem but I guess they've already pulled up that drawbridge

I didn't make assumptions at all. You said he needs to account for a £9m loan when he sells the club, which is likely very soon. That implies he doesn't have it now.
