Never heard of them tbh, ill usually get my sausages from the butchers, they do these massive bangers (like rubber bullet size) these apple and wild boar ones ive been in love with for about a year now, failing that the sainsburys taste the difference one's are pretty decent as a supermarket sausage goes.
I've tried the Sainsbury's ones before, don't think I was overkeen on them, seemed like too much fat content when cooking.
Try grilling them next time perhaps? Mine go in the oven in a drip tray thing. Dont like frying sausages tbh
Got it from some Austrian friends, put them into a pan of boiling water for 5 mins then fry in a little olive oil to give them colour. Stops them from going dry with overcooking in a pan or in the oven. Works brilliantly on a BBQ as people always overcook to make sure they are not raw I'm the middle.
