    Normally a PLC would have to submit a report upto the day it ceases to exist! What the rules are if it still exists but has elected to cease trading I dont know for sure! but would assume the same!

    Wouldn't have a clue about your query though - other than to say commonsense would say yes.

    I was wondering about how things were when Mr. B took over control. I did read elsewhere that people were still waiting to receive the 75p cheque from the purchase of their shareholding.

    Frenchie we will get a closing down report from the PLC we will also get a report as and when from the ltd!

    Glee is an american tv show about a high school glee club choir and their struggles. It is massively popular there and here.

    Was wondering/worried about that - hope everything is ok.

    75p cheques - can't imagine anyone bothering to bank them. I'd probably have it framed & use it in a lesson warning kids of the dangers of investing :(

    Nope - never heard of it. Maybe not as massively popular here as you think? Or maybe it's simply not on in Scotland - am sure Mrs and Miss BB would have ushered me out of the room to avoid disparaging remarks spoiling their viewing if it was on here :biggrin:
