Nah not necessarily to be honest, just picked it out as pretty much the most north west point. Might **** it off now I know Holyhead is a bit grim though. Just looked up Llyn peninsula and looks very nice. Not going with the lad but dunno about climbing a mountain. Gonna spend a good solid day or two in the national park so will see what takes my fancy at the time. Cheers for all the rest as well, will definitely bear them in mind. I'm planning on spending the final night or two in Tenby before going home.
There are a few little towns to base yourself at for the national park,I would say Betws-y-Coed is the best. It's not exactly banging, don't get me wrong, but has a few pubs and restaurants and there's a large pub in the middle called the Royal oak which caters for absolutely every type of person you could wish for. Big terrace out the front overlooking a Cotswold Outdoor and shows football in the evenings if it's on and churns out basic Spoons type pub food. It's perfectly good to while an evening away. The plus point for Betws is it has a railway station so you can go a bit further afield and the buses takes you to the bottom of any mountain you wish to walk up. The train will also take you to Blaenau Ffestiniog, which I'm fairly sure the mighty Matth is actually from. It's ****e.
I’ve only ever seen us lose there including a playoff final against Cardiff in Cardiff do agree with this. Snowdonia is a nice walk but think I’d rather jump on the stepper at the gym with a good 90s football podcast.
Going walking up a big hill on what is supposed to be a holiday sounds ****. I went to Cornwall last week and after 2 minutes realised why all @PISKIE does is take photos of rocks, there is **** all else there. Dog enjoyed it though. So my recommendation is go to Cornwall if you are a dog, if you aren’t go somewhere better
I don't get the walking thing either. So ****ing boring. Oh look a tree, oh look another tree, oh look a cliff, oh look some water, if we walk for another 14 miles the water will still be there.
I have a very sore throat? Any remedies? I don't want any of Topknot's jailhouse cures where they make do with any available fluids.
It was strange, I went to Looe, Padstow and Perrenporth and every ****er wants to talk to you. Was half tempted to ask if they loved rocks and lentils to see if you were one of them
Probably a year or two back, when I had a virus, ice lollies was virtually all I lived on. Oh and nice cold yogurt I think.
