    Wont work Frenchie will just find another hole to come up from!:) I have a picture in my head with you wiith a mallet bashing rats! a bit like that kids game in the states except its a gopher!

    Thank you for your encouraging remarks Norway. <doh> It is already causing my neighbour great pleasure by asking through the day if we have caught it yet. It is a total mystery where it has got in. The only possible route that any of us can see is down the chimney as far as the register plate, then out through the wall.

    Seriously though what other animals are around in the suspect area , if the answer is none then you could go down the rat poison route! its what the local farmers use round here in old barns etc before filling them with the winter hay bales!

    Look closely at the van and you can see it rocking <laugh> failing that the g string sort of stands out(am guessing thats what your after;))

    Just as an aside for a moment, does anyone know if the Watford Leisure plc will have to submit a return upto the time that it didn't exist anymore? We seem to have lost some of our more financially astute posters which is a great shame. People with that sort of knowledge seem to have gone away.
