Goalkeeper - toss up between Schmeichel or Van Der Sar. I don't think De Gea has anything on either of them. I'd go for Schmeichel because he brought an incredible desire to win, and was lethal for starting a counter attack. Right back- Neville. Gary is underrated in my opinion, had a lethal cross and was part of the best prem side ever. Centre backs - Van Dijk and Terry. Left back- Ashley Cole. Played a key role for both Arsenal and Chelsea Midfield - Keane & Lampard. Right wing - CR7. Forwards - Shearer and Bergkamp I couldn't imagine how many goals Shearer would score alongside Dennis Bergkamp. Left Wing - Robert Pires. I think he was just a special talent. I didn't want to include many from this season, but I couldn't avoid putting Van Dijk in there. He's unbelievably good.

Yeah, Bale was miles better than Giggs, Giggs played longer but Bale was next level HBA was better than Robert

Roy Keane said it best about Giggs. I can't remember who he picked, maybe Pires and they said "Not Giggs?" And Keane responded "Nah not in this team." And the interviewer responded "more premier league games than anyone?" Roy Keane: "just because he played a lot of games doesn't mean he's a world class player"

Schmeichel Walker Ferdinand Van Dijk Cole Ronaldo Scholes Vieira Bale Shearer Cantona I think the likes of Zola, Bergkamp, Beardsley, Henry etc are all great forwards/strikers. But if you are talking about the best players, I reckon a big part of that is doing it when it counts. All said and done, if you needed a goal, Shearer and Cantona delivered when it mattered. Bale and Ronaldo are basically in because they reached a level the rest couldn't match. Keane or Vieira was a toss up - I just think at his best, Vieira was pretty hard to beat. Physically he'd dominate any man, and he was a far better footballer than he was ever given credit for. The right back options are pretty poor but Walker at his best would be my pick I suppose. I could easily have picked Kompany over Ferdinand.
That’s a good team but no chance would I have Walker. Dennis Irwin was a much more consistent RB than him. I’d choose Gary Neville all day over Walker.
