This isnt about expansionism, as you very well know. keep digging

All countries fought countries and occupied/ruled countries

This was totally different, how did the creation of israel 'expand' britain <doh>

and why not give them germany? it was east/ west for a while anyway.
They managed with yugoslavia, India etc

Never before has a totally innocent bystander had a problem forced upon them than the palestinian arabs
you think planting them in the midst of muslims by taking their land was better? <doh>

You just suggested that Britain didn't have the right to divide up a state that they controlled.
Now either you agree with expansionism, in which case you don't have a point or you don't, in which case you have a theistic dilemma.

Which is it?

Britain didn't ask for the creation of Isreal either, as I have already explained to you.

No, it was known as Canaan.

An African-born Jew is neither Arabic nor European.
How did you come to that conclusion?

Someone born and raised in Israel is an Israeli.
Palestine isn't even a recognised country.

Muslims born in Britain are....British so unless we are going to change that, Jews born in Israel are Israeli.

Its as simple as that.

not really

First of all muslim is not a race. unlike the special rules for jews

secondly if you are of pakistani origin then the ethnicity monitoring forms class you as pakistani-british etc

Palestine (Greek: Παλαιστίνη, Palaistinē; Latin: Palaestina; Hebrew: ארץ־ישראל Eretz-Yisra'el, formerly also פלשת, Peleshet; Arabic: فلسطين‎ Filasṭīn, Falasṭīn, Filisṭīn) was a conventional name, among others, used between 450 BC and 1948 AD to describe the geographic region between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River, and various adjoining lands <ok>

and the reason we are discussing it is because it has been illegally been taken away from the true inhabitants
and innocent people are getting killed because the yanks want to win a few votes

oh and did i metion that obama was israels biatch?

Britain took over Palestine.
What they chose to do with it after that is up to them, isn't it?

As I've already told you at least twice, Britain didn't create the current Israeli state, the UN did.
Britain suggested a split state, divided between the Jews and the Arabs, with a mutually beneficial economy, theoretically.

That's delightful.
Canaan pre-dates that by about 3,500 years.

And a native African, whose ancestors converted to Judaism, would be of African origin.

So what?
It's all political and is no more relevant to the truth than Obama's decision.

Did you back Saddam, then?

It's fairly relevant to this discussion though, isn't it?
Perhaps the religious should ask for respect from those that aren't when they can respect each other's faiths?

Ok.
When religious people stop killing each other because they think that their book is better than the next guy's, then they can get back to the rest of us and ask for some respect.

You're an utter, utter moron.
Cheers for trying, though.

You haven't worked out how to turn off the swearing filter yet, have you? <laugh>
I've just noticed that it asterisks swear words out when you quote.
Genius.
