In all fairness the sausages weren’t over cooked. The bits protected by the yorkie were fine. next time I may not part cook the sausages before pouring the batter mix over them. Definitely not turn the heat up after 20 mins. will be gutted if I **** up the steak tonight. I will post it up regardless as I genuinely find it funny myself.
Not started cooking it yet. Got some skin on homemade oven wedges to burn first. I should point out that I like certain things crispy. Which does borderline burn **** occasionally
Calves liver, cooked well, is as good as any quality steak mate. I think liver gets bad press because it tends to be associated with school dinners. Horrible pigs liver cooked to be a dry as possible!
Nice and spicy. More than spicy, just all round Chinese flavour. I have it on a par, if not better that short ribs in red wine and that says summat!
