Bowyer then went on to say that this situation has now improved significantly

The Tweets have been better than the reality so far. Perhaps Matt thinks that his friendly image on social media will disguise the fact that ESI don’t appear to be spending a penny?

 

When Southall said that ESI had inherited a "lean structure" I took it as a criticism, but it looks more as though it was meant as a compliment.
