I think Duncan would be a mistake. No doubt like you I have never seen him play but for all the hype he is playing yoof footie in Italy for a very poor side. I cant believe he'd be any better than what we have.
Agree with this. Everything i've read since reading about the link to us makes me feel as if he comes across as a bit full of himself and entitled.
Not to mention, not very good? He's scored about 1 in 4 in the Italian youth League. I'm not sure why we were ever looking at him tbh...
Celtic youngster linked, can play in midfield or anywhere on the left. He's played for Parkinson before at Bolton and needs game time so I can see it having legs. I've got a healthy respect for Celtic's kids after the way they schooled our in form first team in the preseason before last. https://tbrfootball.com/report-celtic-youngster-luca-connell-on-his-way-to-sunderland/amp/
Apparently we're dubious that the Grigg to Oxford deal is going to go through, might be for the best to be fair especially if McNulty's off.
Tubby Lennon was interviewed on Sky last night, and he confirmed that Connell would be leaving on loan to either us or Barnsley.
We were an absolute mess. I’m sure we’d just been relegated too. Gateshead could have turned up and spanked us that day.
I think we'd won all the previous preseason games and looked good in general though, could be wrong. Whatever the case I was impressed with them.
The support for the IRA. The decades of child abuse at the club. Their hatred for the British. Chanting about Lee Rigby in Sunderland. Everywhere they go they’ll kick off, even when I’ve seen them come to Kilmarnock for an SPL match they’re rampaging through the town centre smashing pub windows and all sorts. I know it’s not all of their supporters but they do seem to have way more bad apples than anybody else.
Ah a player from Joey the bully's Fleetwood! Imagine if this came off!! He has a chip on his shoulder about us already so would no doubt try to make some **** up!!
Maddisons gone to Hull on loan. Big blow that for Posh. He creates most of their goals and scores a fair few aswell.
Not exactly played a blinder with the deal either, won't he be available for free by the end of the loan?
The Peterborough chairman was flapping about yesterday looking so desperate to get rid of him. Hull probably offered them a ridiculously low loan fee and told them to take it or watch him leave for nothing in the summer. It’s always a buyers market when contracts are running down.
