I’ll have to admit to ignorance on that one mate, as I can’t honestly say I’d know the difference, as I always swerve offal.

after reading the last few pages, maybe isn't the best time to post this ugly mofo dish


But I will explain anyway before getting pelters.

Basically 3 sausage sarnies Lincolnshire sausages in cheesy rolls.

All have the same base ingredients.

Sausages. Cheesy roll. Fried red onion and mushrooms And fresh peppers.

One is just that, with a squirt of brown sauce.

One also has a frankfurter and is with caramelised onion relish and a cheese slice.

The third has a thick base layer of sweet chilli houmous and then also extra sweet chilli sauce.

3 ugly looking sausage sarnies. But all different.

Yeah it looks ****..

I just opened it, thought that's pretty tasteless, but try it as a base layer, then hoyed a load off sweet chilli sauce on top.

Cooking is about trying. If it's **** it's ****.
