Yeah, it would be nice if they at least smiled at the fans. However, some players are a little more intense than others. Some like to be focused on the game early, others don't bother at all. I'm not too bothered about the pre game stuff. It is what it is. Not too fond of the celebrations to the crowd. It's a bit disrespectful to everyone who has backed him. It's not the first time he has done it either. Much preferred him doing the Leeds salute at West Brom. I don't really care as long as he keeps scoring and gets to 20 goals. If he does that we probably go up. If he cant do that then get Kev in and give him a go. We just need to start taking chances and we'll win this league. If Bamford scores the goals to get us up he can celebrate by kicking me in the nuts!
look at white behind him he does not slap hands either, each player is different .so why has white snubbed the fans sod him eh ?

Have been impressed by Wigan the couple of times I've watched them this season. Remember the commentator saying they've lost the most points from winning positions this season and they would be well into the top half otherwise. They pass the ball well and create chances which is probably why they've been in front so many times. We'll need to be on top form to claim all 3 points and if we do go behind we'll need to be a lot less frenetic than last season. Having said all that I still think we should beat them at a canter but when do we ever do that ?
If Bamford had been slapping hands & smiling, he'd prolly have got torn apart for not preparing properly, given how he wasn't performing as he should. If he wore black shoes, he'd get slagged for not wearing brown. Poor lad just can't win.
I wouldn’t touch all those hands, too many germs and the coronavirus to worry about Joking aside, I genuinely would want to get through the doors and go and wash my hand after that amount of hand slapping

The pressure has cranked up 10 fold since then Shaks. Every misplaced pass and poor decision resulted in huge groans of disappointment from the crowd on Tuesday night. It's just the normal human reaction and the players have to find away to deal with it, or come out and start in a more accomplished manner to calm the anxiety that so many fans are feeling. When we were more relaxed at 0-2 down we played with much more freedom and blew them away...bonkers isn't it ?
