I would eat what you put on that plate. It's just the presentation is shhite, that's all really, oh and the salmon looks a bit greasy.
As I told Tobes, most people have little or no idea how to prepare or cook it but you really are missing out.

Actually there’s a few restaurants near the cigar in London that do a wonderful Dutch calf’s liver statically placed on Colcannon with oak smoked bacon toppings. Tastes amazing and cheap for the quality @£28 a chuck.
I’m probably the youngest person alive who likes it. Love all that stuff. Black pudding is the nuts. Ginge’s still looks crap but the cafe on Bloemfontein Road by QPR does a phenomenal liver, bacon, mash and onions which has probably been the difference between attending certain games and not in recent years.
