it’s lovely and doughy in the middle. Sausages are lovely, maple and bacon ones. The colcannon is lush. I even set the timer on the oven for 20 mins, when it went off i turned the heat up slightly for two mins as I finished the gravy.. opened the oven door and said ffs.
I saw Stan's great effort, then the superb cooking by Spurlock, even Boogerman's Mrs showing how it's done. Then Sweats walks in the room like he's just come back from the fooking crematorian
Spurly wins today. Though I will refer you back to my Sunday roast. Everything cooked perfectly and was roundly ignored.
Spurly is clearly a very good cook when it comes to, you know, foreign muck but can he do a full English or a Spotted Dick?
I’d like to see if he can make a baked American cheesecake as good as the one I produced at Christmas. Would be embarrassing if he didn’t make Indian food well though.
When something is done, never ever EVER turn the heat up leave it for two mins to go and do something else. It never ends well.
