I thought Aston University was one of the best Uni's in the country. I can't remember which subjects that was in but remember seeing it somewhere.
I'm on a diet I saw on telly last week, it only lasts 8 days so I thought I'd do it for kicks and lose a stone in the process. 2 days eating only apples. Then 2 days eating only cheese. Then 2 days eating only chicken. Then 2 days eating only green salad. Today was day 1 of chicken and I made baked chicken thighs. I was going to post a picture but I was fcking starving and ate the lot in about 5 minutes. It's called The Israeli Army diet (I kid you not). @Sweats. will not like this one bit.
Why would I not like it? Couldn’t see me managing to eat apples for a whole day mind. How is it even possible to just eat cheese for a day? How can that even be healthy? why is this on the match thread?? Ffs
It was meant to be on the dinner thread ffs. Clearly the lack of carbs today has got to me. It's called the Israeli Army diet that's why! Surprisingly the cheese days were ok. Lots of grilled Halloumi. The apple days were the killer but once I got through that it was plain sailing. Anyway I'll stop posting it on this thread. FFS!
Wise words. Never done diets before and will never do it again. 8 days, just challenged myself to see if I could do it.
Because it's an Israeli diet and theres rumours flying around that you don't like Israelites Weird ****ing diet though... 2 days of cheese ffs.
