I did it with potato, onion, coriander, garlic & ginger, curry powder, amatchoor & Garam Masala powder.
im considering a plateful of onion Bhajis...mint n coriander yoghurt dip and some Footy tonight...but can I be bothered?
I love proper homemade bhajis. You have to use a batter made from a certain type of flour don’t you? 20 years ago when I worked in brum, a mate of mine was headmaster of a school in small heath, every day he’d get on the train with a tub a goodies his pupils families had brought in for him. The quality of the bhajis were outstanding, far better than what you get a restaurant. chicken pakora as well are lovely.
Best bhajis? Has to be potato ones for me. Which ones have you tried? I know of spinach (which are crispy and fcking moorish), onion, cauliflower (which I don't like) and even sweet ones.
