All ready watched the Band of Brothers box set about 5 times, don't have the Pacific box set but watched the hell out of it when it was on sky.

 

Pacific is better as its easier to follow - less characters.

 

I like them both equally I guess.

I see what you mean though, I sometimes got confused with Band of Brothers thinking one guy is another etc and it doesn't help when an episode is a random storyline with a random character.

Someone told me if you go on ultimate team on the FIFA12 demo you get 2 free gold packs when you buy the full game. Dont know if its true like but I'll try later.

Got a few decent players in mine. Smalling, Cissokho (who we were after), Cacau..

Managed to discard a few and along with starting funds I've bought Ba, Colo, Jonas and Cabaye!

EA constantly under rated most of our players.

 

Disagree, BoB was a million times better than Pacific. Mad how many English actors were in BoB doing great American accents.

Sure. They're based on what i see in games, and how the stats effect Fifa games. Like on Fifa 11, Colo was an 85 for Aggression and 84 for strength, and only a 60 for agility, which is bullshit, so i edited his stats. I think i put his strength down to 78, aggression down to 77, agility to 82/83.

 

I find in quite few Spielberg war films there's usually a dig at the British now and again.

Yeah in BoB the British soldiers aren't really shown in a good light but the likes of the guys who played Winters, Walsh, Martin, Allen, Grant and several others I can't name off the top of my head are all British actors doing American accents.
