    If everyone on GC got together for a curry and before the arguments and fights broke out (me v EDGE, ER v Toby, Jen v Tina etc.) what kind of curry would you order?

    I have killed my taste buds over the years so the hotter the better for me. Madras at least. With veg pilau rice and peshwari naan.

    the hotter the better argument makes me laugh

    the curry is but a stew, with spices

    its supposed to be flavoursome not blow your head off

    the whole menu in an indian is virtually the same with bits added

    if you took a madras, jalfraizi, bhuna, dupiaza etc and mixed it it would be the closest to authentic curry

    indians use fresh chillies for hotness, wheras a vindaloo is basically a spoon full of chilli powder, nasty stuff
