Why not use your hand brake, to make sudden stops on the motorway? There'll be no lights to warn the driver behind and you can look at the expression on his face, in your rear view mirror, as he ploughs into the back of your car.
I do like brake testing , but I like to ensure my own safety. Another thing i like to do is not acknowledge anyone in any way whatsoever that makes a real effort to give way or a clear polite driving gesture... just grin or stoic.
